Rumsitzen Jam 2024

The most chilled out graff jam ever.

After creating their own graffiti jams in the past, Graff.Funk, Team Mad Flava and Farbgeflüster, decided to go new ways and combined forces in 2024 to create one of the freshest graff jams in Europe. So the place and the name was taken from the years before but everything got upgraded a bit. Thanks to the sponsors Montana Cans, Radeberger, Edding, Sparkasse Meißen, Noteingang e.V. the Event was a super pleasent experience for every artist and the spectators. What should we say, "Rumsitzen Jam 2024" was a blast and we are already excited to announce the next one.

The jam brought together artists and friends to create a common concept. Not in two or three days, but in four. Which already is in the Events name "Rumsitzen" - which can be translated to just "sitting around". It is the perfect place to paint, chill, network and have some cold beers. Graffiti sprayers are not getting any younger and like it decelerated too. But the motto was not only chilling and drinking, even if they had free beer! As a participant you have to stay at least three days but your spot will be able to be finished in one or two. So you have enough time to sit around, think about your work and get it done in the highest quality. In a uniform color concept and thoughtful arrangement, the area of the so called "Weißes Haus" was again be transformed into a unified work of art.

The whole concept worked perfctly in so many ways, you´ve always found a spot or a group to hang around, laugh, expert talk, paint with Montana Cans or enjoy the good weather, a free Radeberger beer or just life. Even the nights didn´t stop to express colors, when a bunch of stunned midaged artistsawake saw some aurora borealis appearances for the first time, which are extremely untypical for the region.
