BLEND SPRING JAM 2023 - recap

A few months ago, the BLEND SPRING JAM took place. Packed into an impressive one-day festival, there was again a lot of subculture to experience. Besides skateboarding, workshops, street food and especially lots of fresh beats on the oiyo stage and rap artists in the main programme, our friends from OIYO Records asked us to take care of the graffiti part of the event.

Four areas at prominent locations on the festival grounds were available for redesigning. In order to reflect the diversity of the culture, we wanted to achieve a good mix of style writing, graffiti charachter, street art and muralism.

With the artists SARE , DIZY, POKAR , GOSP and FRANZ WERK we were able to achieve this perfectly. Each brought their own style to the site and represented graffiti culture in their own way. This gives the viewer a small but high-quality insight into the diversity of wall art. The resulting works will now adorn the facades of the old post office warehouse in Mainz for a while.
